We continued with our annual tradition of rolling mom's house. This is the 3rd year we have done this and it might just have to be the last because the Oakland cops actually stopped by mom's and asked if she knew who did it, and if she wanted to press charges. So. Yea.
Here we have Morgan and Jacob not realizing that the cleaning up part is supposed to be a drag.
The girl on the right is Katie, our nephew Conrad's girlfriend. She also works with us. They had a baby in November-Brooke. She's a cutie.
We went to the dollar store to look for things to add to his "Native American Dwelling" project, found nothing for it, but we did find a pack of fake mustaches.
So difficult to get boys to cooperate for the camera.
Here are the beginnings of the dwelling project. The entire 4th grade was supposed to decide on what type of dwelling they wanted to build (between 4 different types I think), and then bring the needed materials to school so they could build them themselves. They could decorate the base at home. Now, I would just like to say that if the point of this was to keep parents from helping too much, it didn't work. I actually did more to get him ready to build this stupid thing away from me than I would have done if we had done it together at home. It was just stupid and irritating.
First Halloween party! Jacob is not even in the pic above. His friend Beau is in the red shirt-he was "Jake from State Farm." Which was awesomeness of course. And his friend Tristan is wearing Jake's pads and jersey on the right.
Here is Jacob as Jason from Friday the 13th and his friend Michael..who is...um...
Mav and me chilling outside while mama shopped.
Keifer.
I don't even know where we were going/coming from but the cuteness abounds.
Morgan is writing a book. #ofcoursesheis
Family pic!! Minus Josh because he had to fly (and on Christmas cookie night too). Sadness, but I planned ahead :)
